My stay at the hotel was really pleasant overall. The rooms were surprisingly large and comfortable, offering a beautiful view. The service was top-notch with friendly staff going above and beyond to assist. The location was great for exploring downtown attractions, although there were some concerns about safety at times. The dining experience was the only downside, being a bit pricey. However, the facilities were convenient and well-kept.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, which was great for someone with allergies, but the evening offerings were lacking. The service improved magically after a talk with the manager, although there were some mishaps with valet services. The location, despite being next to the elevators, had drawbacks with cleanliness and safety concerns. The dining in Cleveland was a miss, and the facilities were average.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were nice, clean, and cozy, providing a good night's rest. However, the parking fees were quite steep, and there were some minor maintenance issues like dripping taps and sticking door latches. The hotel is conveniently located in Cleveland for a conference.
